All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

To initiate a withdrawal, contact us at david@superteamjam.com. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
• Perishable goods
• Customized or personalized items
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
